Soup with meatballs

Meatball soup is so simple that even beginners can cook it. And if you twist the stuffing in advance, it will take a minimum of time. Meatball soup is usually one of the children’s favorite dishes.
We will need:
500 g of meat
1.50 liters of water
300 g of potatoes
1 carrot
1 onion
2 st. l. oil
salt, pepper, fresh herbs
Preparation:
Twist the meat, salt, pepper and mix the minced meat so that the meatballs for the soup hold their shape better.

We form neat little meatballs from forcemeat. Sometimes people ask how to make meatballs into soup – it’s simple, convenient to sculpt them with wet hands.

Before cooking the soup with meatballs, cut the potatoes into slices or cubes, as you see fit.

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry together in oil until golden.

Pour water into the pan, bring to a boil. Put potatoes and meatballs in a pan. Remove the foam with a spoon.

After 10 minutes, add the fried vegetables, cook until cooked, salt and pepper. Leave for 15-20 minutes for the meatball soup to infuse.

Garnish with greens, chopped green onions and enjoy.
